The relationship between port and young people is still very distant: because port is closely tied to professionals, but most people are far away from it. In contrast, in the New World, port has sparked a new wave of consumption among young people, thanks to curiosity and promotional activities when I do tastings in Italy, participants average age reaches 50 years old.”

Therefore I am optimistic about the future but there are two points we must follow: one is reputation which is particularly important for second-generation heirs; another point is keeping sensitivity towards Port Wine.”
