其实,冬天,无论是运输葡萄酒还是存储葡萄酒,都是一件不容易的事情。前几天,还有一个黑龙江的客户,他那边已经零下二三十几度了。他想要进几箱葡萄酒,我还是没有发货。我说等春天升温了吧,现在寄过去,万一在路上结冰了,就白费功夫了。
我们都知道,葡萄酒是比较娇贵的。葡萄酒需要长期贮藏时,比较理想的存放温度是10℃至15℃之间,5℃为下限,20℃为上限。高温或者低温,对葡萄酒来说都是极具破坏能力的。

同样,低温对葡萄wine来说也是巨大的伤害。因为当中除了水分,还有其他物质,所以0°C的时候,是不会结冰,但拿到室内,由于室内外差过大,就会导致缩塞。当降到-6°C左右,将影响口感。而当降到-30°C左右,有可能会结冰形成爆塞等现象经过低温的一次解冻,即使不是元气大伤短时间还好,如果两天以上即使没爆塞解冻后风味打折扣尤其是红winewinter致命
