自三月底传出也买酒高层人事调整,栾大伟担任也买酒常务副总裁以来,也买酒业务收缩,产品结构调整,甚至供应商博弈的传闻不断,歌德盈香入主后,也买酒究竟如何去何从?近日,WBO与栾大伟进行了面对面的交流,试图还原出并购后真实的也买酒的走向。

也buywine2015年微亏
WBO:目前also buy wine是否盈利?
栾大伟:去年歌德盈香股份整体是盈利的。also buy wine去年微亏,我们今年到这个月持平了,为此我们做了大量的优化,优化供应链效率、调整内部运营架构、梳理商品结构等,去年整个运营成本降低得非常大。以后靠资本烧钱做大企业的越来越不可持续,是还是要回归办企业就是盈利的本质。
also buy wine暂无进军B2B的想法
WBO:近期,一些品牌开始进入B2B市场,请问also buy wine有没有考虑过这种模式?
栾大伟:现在还没有做B2B的想法,我现在主要精力还在调整线上的业务。这个阶段对于我来讲,我想尽快强化also buy wine在葡萄酒电商网站上专业性的定位。我们花五个多亿元并购也buywine,最大的价值在于它是一个专业葡萄酒平台网站,而不仅仅是流量或会员数。我曾经想把also buy wine调整为一个综合性的酒业网站。但一旦如此,那就跟京东一样了,将带来巨大的风险和挑战。
