This acquisition marks a significant investment by the Antinori family in the Napa Valley wine region, where they have been active since 1985 and are the only Italian wine producer with a winery in Napa.
The transaction is expected to be completed by June end, after which Marchesi Antinoni will assume full ownership of Stags Leap Win
