文森弗朗索瓦酒庄：探访法国勃艮第的历史家族葡萄酒制作者

Since then, they have been managing and operating the estate together, with Vincent responsible for grape cultivation and Francois handling winemaking duties. The brothers adhere to the family's traditional winemaking philosophy, placing great importance on their family-owned business.
The vineyard of Domaine Vincent Francois Jouard is located on a small hill in Chassagne-Montrachet, where the soil is characterized by a deep layer of clay above limestone bedrock. This terroir is particularly well-suited for growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The estate produces both red and white wines from its own vineyards as well as select parcels from top-rated sites such as Les Chaumees (Summer) and La Maltroie (Montrose). The average age of the vines exceeds 50 years.
Domaine Vincent Francois Jouard adheres to sustainable viticulture practices that minimize chemical pesticide use to ensure high-quality grapes. Their production methods emphasize respect for land while showcasing Burgundy's best regional characteristics.
The domain produces mostly white wines – accounting for about 95% of output – along with reds making up around 5%. After harvest, grapes are quickly transported to the cellar where they undergo pressing, fermentation, maturation processes before aging in oak barrels; one-third are new oak barrels used to enhance flavor complexity.
Each year yields only around 250 cases but every bottle boasts unique charm due to its low-volume production approach at Domaine Vincent & Francois Jouard; however only Vieilles Vignes wine is bottled within this domain.
In addition to these many wine varieties available from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti include some other famous bottles like Montrachet White Wine made from Les Caillottes which has been praised by critics since it was first released in 2014 earning it a score of 96 points from James Suckling which speaks volumes about how good this wine really is!
