对于威尼托区域(Alegrini)Caterina Mastella Allegrini 表示,“希望未来yearning to approach wine without fear, with a more free and easy spirit. Many times, Wine is defined as a product for connoisseurs. I believe that future Wine enthusiasts should treat it like other common beverages - first not worrying about professional guidance but from their taste preferences and sharing with friends, starting from tasting local wines”. For Umbria region (Falesco) Dominga Cotarella says: "I often say to my parents as second-generation inheritors we are very lucky because we inherited the family's passion for wine and we can do things out of our own will rather than obligation. Therefore I am optimistic about the future but there are two points that must be followed: one is credibility which is especially important for second-generation family members; another is maintaining sensitivity towards Wine." Gaia Gaja of Piedmonte region (Gaja) believes education on Wine is still important because "Wine represents deep cultural value and this attracts young generations to it. It's not just a representation of local terroir or flavors but also historical culture & characteristics of locals. Young people get through tasting Wines to understand an agricultural zone more truthfully." New generation Italian Winemakers have more opportunities to open up in countries outside Italy.

From Tuscany region (Tenuta di Biserno), 17-year-old Sophia Antinori says when she was in Italy her family didn't bring her much interest in Wines so she only learned about them after moving abroad where her peers sparked curiosity within me regarding Wines so now she has time to learn them both classic traditional & modern ones such as Mediterranean rosé & New Zealand Pinot Noir.

Valentina Abbona at Marchesi di Barolo thinks they cannot ignore past while looking forward into the future saying "I think myself extremely fortunate having an old winery". She sees great potential for Italian Wines globally particularly noting recent experiences promoting them alongside Indian cuisine in India

Vittorio Marzotto at Cà del Bosco thinks younger generations find Wines exciting due largely to trends surrounding them

These individuals all share optimism despite challenges ahead
