Corleone's Ristorante prepares a four-course dinner featuring Groth Vineyards Winery, taking place on May 22nd at 6 PM. Located in Oakville, approximately 75 miles west of Sacramento, Groth Winery has a history dating back to 1981. The menu includes:

• Grilled shrimp and scallops with orange-ginger marinade, paired with the 2022 Longevity Chardonnay from Napa Valley
• Seared yellowtail snapper with panzanella salad, accompanied by the 2020 Napa Valley Grenache Rosé
• Braised short ribs ravioli served with Italian ricotta salata cheese, Asiago cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic aioli sauce; paired with the 2019 Oakcross Estate Red Wine from Oakville
