舍瓦利尔家族的微尔芙酒庄：卢瓦尔河谷葡萄酒的守护者

作为一家拥有2级等级认证的葡萄园管理者，微尔芙酒庄每年生产约110,000瓶红葡萄酒，其主要种植的是品丽珠（Cabernet Franc），占比100%。除了品丽珠之外，还有一小部分白诗南（Chenin Blanc）的种植，这些白诗南则被用于酿造白葡萄酒。

micro-wolf wine estate, located in the famous Loire Valley (Loire Valley) of France, has been a guardian of the region's wine culture for over 200 years. The vineyard is situated in the heart of Saumer production area and boasts a stunning view of the Luar River.

The chateau was originally built in the 18th century using high-quality limestone materials. Over time, it changed hands several times until it was acquired by Chevallier family in 1969. Under their care and dedication, the vineyard underwent significant restoration to regain its former glory.

In addition to its impressive history and architecture, micro-wolf wine estate also prides itself on producing exceptional wines from its own vineyards. With an annual production of around 110,000 bottles of red wine and a small portion dedicated to white wines such as Chenin Blanc.

The property's unique terroir - with soil composed mainly of chalky limestone - provides an ideal environment for growing various grape varieties. This allows micro-wolf hotel to produce a diverse range of high-quality wines under different labels such as Saumur-Champigny Chateau de Villeneuve or Le Grand Clos series products.

As part owner J.P Chevalier explains: "Our aim is not only to preserve our heritage but also to innovate while staying true to our tradition."
