Corleone's Ristorante cordially invites you to a sumptuous four-course dinner featuring Groth Vineyards Winery. The event is scheduled for May 22nd, Sunday at 6 pm. Located in Oakville, approximately 75 miles west of Sacramento, the winery boasts a rich history dating back to 1981.
The culinary delights include:
• Appetizer: Italian Prosecco Zonin, setting the tone for an enjoyable evening.
• First Course: Shrimp and Scallops marinated in Orange-Ginger Vinaigrette with Fennel and Orange Salad, paired with the crisp and refreshing Longevity from Napa Valley (2022).
• Second Course: Seared Tuna Carpaccio with Panzanella Salad, accompanied by Chardonnay from Napa Valley (2020), showcasing its subtle complexity.
• Third Course: Braised Short Rib Tortellini served with Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, Asiago Cheese, Romano Cheese and Pecorino Cheese along with Garlic Aioli Sauce. A glass of Oakcross proprietary red wine from Oakville (2019) complements this dish perfectly.
