生啤能喝吗

由此看来啤酒清凉恬淡、止渴解暑,广受欢迎确实也是不争的事实。那关于生啤、熟啤和原浆我们都能区分吗?至少喝下肚子,知道喝的是哪一款吧!现在我们就一起来认识一下它们吧!

原浆,是指酿造好的啤酒,不过滤不杀菌也不加水,直接灌装销售。优点是口感最新鲜、营养最丰富,缺点的保质期短。

生啤,是在原浆的基础上,不经巴氏灭菌或瞬时高温灭菌,而采用物理方法除菌,达到一定生物稳定性的啤酒。优缺点接近原浆啤酒

熟啤,凡是在生啤的基础上,经过高温热处理的啤酒全是熟啤酒,像特制酒、清爽型、干啤,这些均属熟啤类。口感变弱,但是保质期变长,适合批量生产和长途运输。

现在我们来看一看啤酒的生产工艺,简单来说,就是用麦芽、酵母、啤酒花和水,发酵而成。不管哪种啤酒,工艺都是一样的,跟自家做米酒差不多。

了解了喝啤酒过量的影响,啤酒的品类,制造的工艺,再喝啤酒我们是不是就可以称得上半个专家了啊!不过不要着急,想做行家还要知道判断酒的质量,核心就是两个指标。一个是酒精度,另外一个就是麦芽汁浓度。只有当酒精度≥4%vol、麦芽汁浓度≥10°P的啤酒才是质量合格的啤酒,而且值越大越好。如果低于这两个值,口感基本上就寡淡无味了。
