在那片蔚蓝的天空下，8月30日成为了中国葡萄酒行业的一个里程碑。就在这一天，英国葡萄酒大师协会正式宣布了一个令人振奋的消息：来自中国或居住在中国的朱简、杜慕康、朱利安通过了世界葡萄酒大师（MW）的所有阶段测试。此前已经成为MW的大师赵凤仪，这意味着中国已有四位大师。

最令人激动的是，朱简，这位出生于1988年、南京人目前在美国读书并实习的小伙子，他成为了世界葡萄酒大师阵营中第一位真正的中国人。WBO葡萄酒商业观察紧接着对朱简进行了一次专访。

"你获得世界葡萄酒大师资格时的心情是什么？" WBO询问道。

"我当时感到百感交集。当我等待通知的时候，我已经精神麻木了。但当我接到电话后，我体验到了各种强烈的情绪波动。"

"您毕业于哪所大学，在哪里实习？您未来是否计划回到国内工作？" WBO继续提问。

"I graduated from UC Davis with a Master's degree in Viticulture and Enology. After graduation, I did an internship through OPT (Optional Practical Training) in the United States. Currently, I am teaching at Napa Valley Wine Academy and occasionally teach at Dragon Phoenix Wine Consultant when I'm back in China."

"WBO: 你的初识与热爱葡萄酒是如何开始的？

朱简: "My interest in wine began during my university days at China Agricultural University, where I took a wine appreciation course taught by Professor Ma Weiliang. My passion for wine grew stronger as I worked at Dragon Phoenix."

"What motivated you to become a wine educator? What do you enjoy most about this work?"

"I was encouraged and trained by Master Zhao Fengyi to become an educator. The joy of being a wine educator lies in the interactions with people and the continuous learning of wine knowledge."

"What factors led you to pursue your MW certification?"

"I initially came to UC Davis for education only. However, during the introduction course for MW held at Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley, there was an optional entrance exam that included tasting 12 wines on stage without prior notification or preparation. To my surprise, I passed it! From then on, each aspect of my life - lectures at Dragon Phoenix, academic pursuits through UC Davis' degree program - all contributed towards achieving this goal."

"What advice would you give young Chinese individuals interested in pursuing careers related to viticulture or oenology?"

"The most important thing is not just gaining knowledge but cultivating one's own unique feelings towards wine."
