友好的狗和它们热爱葡萄酒的主人将期待着4月30日下午12点至下午4:30参加利弗莫尔谷葡萄酒之乡的Wine Wags活动。超过25家当地酿酒厂参与其中，他们与湾区动物救援组织合作，为狗及其主人准备了一天的品酒、狗收养和趣味活动。由于十多个当地动物救援组织的参与，许多寻找家园的狗有机会在活动期间被收养。

鼓励来宾携带宠物犬，但不必带宠物。参会者将享受全天户外游戏，如草坪、小狗障碍训练、服装比赛和款待等。此外，还有食品和宠物主题礼品销售，以及许多酿酒厂提供瓶装葡萄酒折扣。

参与酿酒厂包括Retzlaff Vineyards举办的狗服装比赛，Rosa Fierro Cellars提供了一个拍照角落以及肚皮站，Garré Vineyard Winery则设立了小狗障碍训练场，而康坎农葡萄园则为猫咪拍摄肖像。多数酿酒厂都供应了dog零食，比如Fenestra Winery的小吃“Pup Bar”，诺丁汉 酒窖提供“BARcuterie”盒子，Dante Robere Vineyards自制dog饼干等。
