随后不久,奔富宣布将暂时推出仅限中国市场的全新系列,这一系列名为"One by Penfolds",包括来自法国、澳大利亚和中国的四款不同葡萄酒。该系列预计在2023年中期全球范围内上市,为此之前,在中国已经有所展示。
这次扩展了品牌多元化原产国酿造技术,其中包含了“奔富”品牌首次亮相的“中国奔富”。这是奔富历史上的第一次,将包括宁夏地区采购与制造的试酒品种。在2020年的宁夏年份混酿红葡萄酒将独家销售于中国市场。
除了One by Penfolds Red Blend 中国(宁夏) 2020,还包括One by Penfolds Red Blend California 2020;法国红葡萄酒之一;以及由Penfolds歌海娜西拉慕合怀特出品的法国红葡萄酒。这个系列每款价格为228元人民币。
配备著名艺术家Ori Toor设计的标签,一旦打开,就能体验到“One by Penfolds”的精神。这位艺术家为每款创作了一幅独特插图,用俏皮而非传统的手法捕捉到了每个地方社区的情感。“This is not just about the wine itself. It's inspired by culture, collaboration, empowerment and giving back to the community,” said Tom King, Managing Director of Penfold.
The winemakers at Penfold have chosen signature grape varieties and blends that best represent each region's unique character while meeting the brand's standards for quality, consistency and drinkability. “We're proud of our team in France and China who have crafted wines that are full of flavor, with a medium body and good acidity,” said Matt Woo, Winemaker at Penfold. “These wines showcase expressive varietal characteristics with moderate tannins – smooth yet complete.”
Giving back to the community is also an important pillar within this brand. With each release of One by Penfold, the company will partner with local non-profit organizations to give back to the community and empower it.
To support their first domestic wine launch in China, this premium producer has established a student fund and academic exchange program in partnership with China Agricultural University (CAU). The Dean of CAU’s College of Horticulture & Landscape Architecture Professor Li Tianhong expressed: “Developing talent; sharing knowledge on viticulture & winemaking; highlighting our cooperation as partners between CAU & Pernod Ricard.”
