1.站在女性从业者角度，您如何看待中国葡萄酒市场的现状与未来？意大利葡萄wine in China的问题和机遇是什么？

独立wine critic and founder of Shanghai Pu Jue Culture Communication, Liu Hui: I still very optimistic about the development of Italian wine in China, just like I have been promoting Italian wine over the past decade and published a best-selling book on Italian wine. Italy is forever the king of mature markets, as seen in the US market over the past 20 years, which will be similar to what will happen in China's market over the next ten years. Although Italian wine has not yet truly taken off in China's market, it will eventually come to pass; it's just a matter of time.

Italian wine education is currently one of its shortcomings compared to other countries' promotion efforts.

Independent Wine Critic and Founder of Shanghai Pu Jue Culture Communication, Liu Hui: We were educated from childhood to be independent individuals later when I studied abroad in Europe, I discovered that European families balance work and family life perfectly well. Chinese women can also do so.

I strive for balance between my career development and family life like millions of working women in China with great support from my family members who are always there for me during my frequent business trips abroad without which I wouldn't have achieved what I am today.
